Anyone can benefit from Pilates no matter your age, health or level of physical activity. Experience one of the most worthwhile fitness endeavors. A perfect workout for those who need to strengthen core to aid in back issues.

A full body  45 minute workout focusing on all muscle groups.  The pace of the exercises will vary. Incorporates resistance bands, Bosu balls, weights and more.  Expect to be pushed while having fun! Strengthen, tone, build muscle!


A high intensity spin class, but geared towards ALL levels!  Instructor will take you to your limits and keep you coming back for more! One hour class which requires a fast paced ride with intervals off the bike incorporating strength building moves. Keep the pace or gear the ride towards your level of fitness by only doing the exercises geared towards your fitness level. Others have tried to copy this class, but don’t come close!

 A 30 minute upbeat Spin class followed by 30 minutes of Active Stretch AND strength.  Active Stretch helps loosen up those over worked muscles as well as increase flexibility and balance to help you feel rejuvenated and ready to start your day! Also incorporates core work, as well as an all over fitness challenge that is different each week thanks to our Certified Instructors. Only at RPM!​ 


A 50 minute ride geared towards all ages and fitness levels.  Simulating a fun, energetic outdoor ride. No two classes are alike! Gain confidence, build stamina and endurance while you transform your body, mind and soul.   First timers-please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get properly fitted and let the instructor know your fitness level. 



A class consisting of 50 minute that incorporates intervals of upper body strength-building with light weights.  May sound light on the weight, but it’s all about the reps!! This class will transform the way you look AND feel!


Free 30 minute intro that goes through the different positions used in class as well as set-up on bike.  Get properly fitted, learn how to use the bike monitors for optimal benefits, and be ready to transition into a regular class.  This class is not necessary to move forward.  Check the schedule as this is only offered on an as-needed basis.   



Piloxing is a high energy, up-tempo workout that is designed to boost your cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility!  It is a combination of boxing, standing Pilates and dance moves.  Try it once and you'll be hooked!  Designed for ALL levels of fitness and ALL levels of coordination!



PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!
