Worcester County’s First and ONLY Indoor Cycling Studio!  This is not your big box gym classes!  We are primarily spin, but also offer Pilates and Muscle Conditioning to give you a full-body workout in a studio setting.  Classes are instructed by the area’s top Certified Instructors!  Be it the energy of spin, the challenge of Pilates, or the intensity of muscle conditioning and Piloxing, we have what you need to build a balanced, full-body workout.
